Our Method
We work with your leadership team to create a tailored [asynchronous] learning hub on your LMS, designed to meet the professional needs of your faculty and staff. Co-created for your context, it reduces reliance on repeated in-person training and keeps all teachers aligned with your institutional vision. Our expertise in pedagogy, adult learning, and program design ensures a solution that fits your school’s unique needs.

At the moment, we offer three (3) programs for teachers:
Essentials of Teaching
Essentials of Teaching is a comprehensive professional development program designed to strengthen the core competencies every educator need in today’s classrooms. Whether you are a new teacher or seeking to refine your instructional practice, this program equips you with practical tools, research-informed techniques, and reflective habits that directly enhance student learning. Grounded in real classroom challenges, it helps teachers move from planning to practice with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
AI for Educators: Balancing Pedagogy and Technology
This program equips educators with the practical skills to meaningfully integrate AI into their teaching, while cultivating an analytical lens on when – and whether – these tools truly enhance learning. Designed as a training about AI to enable teaching with AI, the program helps educators navigate emerging technologies while balancing pedagogy, learner needs, and professional judgment. Participants explore AI tools, examine their classroom applications, and develop balanced approaches that keep educational at the center of every technological decision.
Teachers as Intellectuals
Teachers as Intellectuals reframes educators not merely as practitioners but as thinkers who shape the intellectual life of their classrooms. Drawing inspiration from Harvard scholars David Perkins, Ron Ritchhart, and Howard Gardner, this program brings conceptual depth to K–12 teaching while staying grounded in practical strategies. Designed for teachers of Science, Humanities, and Global Studies, it strengthens classroom dialogue, deepens understanding, and nurtures a culture of thoughtful engagement.
