We believe in equipping teachers with both the pedagogical repertoire and informed perspectives needed to facilitate rich, meaningful classroom learning — designed to fit the unique context of each school.

Our Method

A Dedicated LMS

Our programs are supported through a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS), enabling structured and flexible learning. Participants can access readings, recorded sessions, discussions, and assignments while revisiting key ideas at their own pace, extending engagement beyond live sessions and supporting sustained professional learning.

Customized Programs

Our programs can be tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each institution. We work with partner organizations to adapt content, themes, and delivery formats, and can develop a dedicated LMS space for each institution to support structured learning, resources, and collaboration.

We work with your leadership team to create a tailored [asynchronous] learning hub on your LMS, designed to meet the professional needs of your faculty and staff. Co-created for your context, it reduces reliance on repeated in-person training and keeps all teachers aligned with your institutional vision. Our expertise in pedagogy, adult learning, and program design ensures a solution that fits your school’s unique needs.

AI for Educators: Balancing Pedagogy and Technology

This program equips educators with the practical skills to meaningfully integrate AI into their teaching, while cultivating an analytical lens on when – and whether – these tools truly enhance learning. Designed as a training about AI to enable teaching with AI, the program helps educators navigate emerging technologies while balancing pedagogy, learner needs, and professional judgment. Participants explore AI tools, examine their classroom applications, and develop balanced approaches that keep educational at the center of every technological decision.
